Mazda Protection Products (MPP) Prepaid Maintenance (PPM) plans are customizable to your needs and lifestyle. Once your plan is selected, simply present your Prepaid Maintenance Card at your Mazda dealership and factory-trained technicians will do the rest. 

Prepaid Maintenance Gold offers exceptional convenience to help keep your new, Certified Pre-Owned, or pre-owned Mazda vehicle running at peak performance.

  • Stay covered longer

    Maintenance plans ranging from 1-4 years are available for purchase, and if financed, can be conveniently included in your monthly payment (subject to credit approval).1

  • Cover routine maintenance

    Coverage includes oil and oil-filter changes, tire rotations (when applicable) and multi-point inspections based on the recommendations in your vehicle's scheduled maintenance guide.2

  • Receive personalized service reminders

    Personalized service reminders are customized to your personal driving habits. When it's time for a visit, simply present your Mazda Prepaid Maintenance Gold card at your participating Mazda dealership.

    Maintenance plans ranging from 1-4 years are available for purchase.3

Maintenance plans ranging from 1-4 years are available for purchase, and if financed, can be conveniently included in your monthly payment (subject to credit approval).

Depending on regularly scheduled maintenance for your vehicle, plans may include the following:

  • Oil and oil-filter changes
  • Tire rotations (if applicable)
  • Multi-point inspection based on model
  • Roadside assistance
  • Plan membership card
  • Timed service reminders
  • Complete service history at end of term

 

Inspections vary based on model but can include:

Fluids inspected and replenished

  • Brake Master Cylinder
  • Clutch Master Cylinder
  • Transmission
  • Differential
  • Coolant
  • Windshield Washer
  • Power Steering
  • Transfer Case (applicable vehicles)

Items visually inspected

  • Air Filter (cabin and engine)
  • System Hoses (cracking/leaks)
  • Drive Belts (cracking/damage/wear)
  • Axle Boots (damage/leaks)
  • Shock Absorbers/Suspension
  • PCV Valve (if applicable)
  • Cooling System
  • Exhaust System/Muffler
  • Tire Wear
  • Windshield Wipers

Coverage can be transferred once from the original owner to a private party; this excludes dealers. 

You can cancel your Prepaid Maintenance Plan within the first 30 days for a full refund if no benefits have been paid. If benefits have been paid, or if you are canceling more than 30 days after the expiration of the manufacturer's maintenance program, please contact your selling dealer or refer to your maintenance plan agreement for information on how to cancel.

  2. Services are performed at the intervals stated for your plan and vehicle. Plan terms begin at the time and mileage Mazda Prepaid Maintenance Gold is purchased. See plan for complete details.

  3. Coverage is effective from the agreement application date and expires at selected plan’s year limit or when all covered services have been redeemed, whichever occurs first.
