Follow these steps to cancel Paperless and receive your billing statements in paper form:
- Log in to your account
- Select “Statements” from the navigation
- Slide the toggle to turn off Paperless
Note: If we’ve posted a paperless statement to your account prior to your Paperless cancellation, a paper statement (for your current payment) will not be mailed to you. You will still be required to send in your payment by the due date. After we have processed your Paperless cancellation, paper statements will be mailed to you.
