Once you've made your final payment, we'll mail the title, or lien release, to you or an authorized recipient generally within 10 business days, depending on payment method and applicable state law. If electronic, we'll notify the state of the lien release and they'll provide you with your title (exception: Florida generally requires the title to remain electronic unless the owner requests a paper title). Allow 15-30 business days for the receipt of the title/lien release for mail time and motor vehicle agency process.
