If payoff funds are sent via mail, you may include written instructions with the payoff funds.

Written or verbal authorization is required for the title/lien release to be sent to a third party (e.g., dealer, insurance company, another financial institution or individual third party). Please include your written authorization with the mailed payoff funds or contact us at (866) 693 - 2332
