How can I change the details on my account, including my name and address?

To change the name on your account, please contact our Customer Service Center at 866-693-2332.

To change your address, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Select “My Information” from the navigation
  3. Select “Edit”

For lease accounts, changes to your garaging address may result in a tax increase or decrease on your account. For more information on the tax impact of changing your garaging address, please contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
