Elevated Protection

If you are faced with a total loss, a guaranteed auto protection plan can help lessen or eliminate out-of-pocket expenses.

Protecting value is the Mazda difference

Your current auto insurance may not be enough if your vehicle is declared a total loss. In most cases, the primary auto insurance settlement is based on the market value of the vehicle, which could be less than the balance still owed on your finance or lease contract.

Mazda Protection Products (MPP) Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) may waive or pay the balance (minus certain fees and charges) between the amount still owed on your finance contract and your auto insurance settlement.1

  • TOTAL LOSS PROTECTION

If your car is declared a total loss through theft, fire, or accidental damage and you still owe more on your finance or lease contract, GAP may reduce or even eliminate your remaining balance.2

  • DEDUCTIBLE COVERAGE

GAP coverage will cover up to $1,000 of your auto insurance deductible (if applicable and permitted by state law).3
