If I have scheduled a one-time payment, what will happen?

For most customers, your scheduled one-time payment will continue to process as scheduled. You do not need to take any action. If we need additional information to continue processing your scheduled payment, we will contact you directly.

•If you would like to cancel a scheduled payment, you can do so when you log into your account by selecting to view your transactions from the dashboard.

•You will not be able to modify one-time scheduled payments that were set up with us on our website, our app, or by telephone before August 22, 2025. If you need to make changes to these existing one-time payment authorizations, you must cancel the existing authorization and set up a new one-time scheduled payment.
