If I have recurring payments set up, what will happen?

•For most customers, your recurring payments will continue to process as scheduled. You do not need to take any action. If we need additional information to continue processing your recurring payments, we will contact you directly.

•If you would like to cancel your recurring payment, you can do so when you log into your account by selecting to view your transactions from the dashboard.

•You will not be able to modify recurring payments that were set up with us on the website, mobile app or by telephone before September 15, 2025. If you need to make changes to these existing recurring payment authorizations, you must cancel the existing authorization and set up a new recurring payment

•Recurring payments can only be set up using a bank account (ACH). Credit and debit cards are not accepted at this time.
